In today’s society it is agreed that there should be limits to most constitutional guarantees or laws. There are many different laws that advocate freedom, such as freedom of information, freedom of association and also freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is the liberty to speak without limitation or censorship . Freedom of speech gives everyone the right to speak out anything they believe is needed to be said and/or anything they believe is needed to be spoken aloud to inform society about what is going on. Everyone needs to be heard, whether or not what they have to say is right or wrong, each person in society should be able to express themselves freely without the fear of breaking the law. Everyone must be given the right to be heard; freedom of speech is a necessary law that should not have any limitations towards what people need to say.
Freedom of speech is a law that is recognized as a human right. This is one of those laws that should not be put under limitations. Everyone should be given an equal right regarding speech. By having the library to speak, it gives everyone a chance to express themselves through words. Expression through words is mandatory to recognize how a person is, and what type of behaviour they have. For example a person that is in a court room that has some things to say about the defendant but is unable to say everything necessary, and loses the case unjustly because of the restrictions put upon the law. Therefore restrictions should not at all be put upon the freedom of speech.
In conclusion, looking at all the factors necessary for freedom of speech, no limitations should be applied to this constitutional guarantee. If restrictions were to be applied people would not get a chance to express themselves as well as they would be able to express themselves without having a restriction put upon this constitutional guarantee. Even if a person does not have something nice to say they should not be blocked out from saying it, it shows what type of person they are and describes who they are talking about. Morally taking away a few rights from freedom of speech or putting restrictions on it is wrong. Also religiously it is also not right to put restriction on freedom of speech. Everyone should be given the library to say what is needed to be said without restriction or fear of breaking the law.
